The Rendezvous Room is Tulsa's newest rooftop meeting venue that boasts spectacular views, modern accommodations, state-of-the-art technology, and unbeatable service. Located on the 6th floor of Downtown’s newest building - the 100,000 sq/ft Vast Bank Building at 110 N Elgin – the Rendezvous Room is a perfect choice for corporate meetings, parties, ballgames, and more.

Availability & Pricing

The Rendezvous Room is available for daytime (7am-5pm) or evening (5pm-midnight) rental periods. The RR can also be reserved for full-day or multi-day gatherings. Please contact us for multi-day inquiries.

The Rendezvous Room boasts approximately 1400 sq/ft and includes a balcony experience with breath-taking views overlooking Drillers stadium. Each rental includes the following:
