How do i book my event?

What is the maximum occupancy?
The maximum occupancy of the Rendezvous room is 100. To make planning easier, we've pre-designed several seating and table arrangements that we'll provide upon request.
What are my catering options?
Catering is limited to one of three exclusive providers, all tenants of the Vast Bank Building:

Can we bring our own alcohol?
In addition to catering, alcohol will be limited to one of three exclusive providers listed above. Note that all restaurants can provide servers and bartenders for your event.
Is there a deposit required to hold my date?
Once you have chosen an available date, a deposit of 50% of the total fee will hold that date for you.
How do I make payments?
Payments can be made via check or debit/credit card. A credit card on file will be required to reserve the Rendezvous Room. Plastic payments can be made with a card on file or over the phone our management team. Checks can be made payable to "Vast Bank, N.A."
Who shOULD I order my rentals from?
The Rendezvous Room provides many accommodations. Assuming outside rentals are necessary, all rental items such as tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, and linens are preferred, but not required, to be ordered through ABCO Party Rentals: https://www.abcoparty.com/ or Party Pro Rents: Party Rentals Tulsa OK | Event Rentals Tulsa Oklahoma (partyprorents.com). Deliveries must be scheduled with our management team.
Are there any additional fees, other than the rental fee?
Every rental is subject to a $350.00 room cleaning fee.
When may vendors deliver?
Deliveries for daytime events can be delivered any time past 7:00am. Evening and event delivery times will vary depending on room availability.
Can I play sound/music?
Yes. The Rendezvous Room is equipped with a state-of-the-art technology package featuring high-end displays and high quality speakers. Renters will be allowed to leverage all systems to their benefit.
